Appointments are available Monday through Friday, with times available morning, afternoon, and evening, subject to availability. Most insurance is accepted, as are cash and checks. We accept most forms of electronic payment, including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Our office is located at 1911-B Scottsville Road in Bowling Green, KY. We share the building with Kentucky Farm Bureau, just down from Rafferty's. If you find Kentucky Farm Bureau, you have found us!
